It would be good if primary education was taught in the mother tongue: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

A petition filed by the AP government on the issue of English medium was heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. The bench headed by Chief Justice Bobde of the Supreme Court held during the hearing that it was important that primary education be in the mother tongue. The foundation for children is childhood. The bench said that education in the mother tongue should be at that level. It was clarified that the hearing will continue in detail next week as the petition came from a different tribunal. The Supreme Court, which has not yet decided on the stay, has adjourned the hearing to next week.
