In Srisailam there was a commotion of pagan parcels. A family from a Dalit colony near the temple received a parcel from Kurnool through a Christian organization. Locals spotted the parcel arriving at the local RTC bus stand through RTC Cargo and informed the temple authorities. The temple’s in-charge chief security officer Srihari informed the police. Police seized the parcel and launched an investigation. The men were called to the station for questioning. When the parcel was opened, it was found that the Christian company had sent the essentials. According to the Endowment Act, pagan propaganda activities are prohibited in Srisailam. Police are investigating the arrival of a pagan parcel from Kurnool to Srisailam in this context.
