President of India Ramnath Kovind has said that Indian music has lost its most wonderful voice. The President mourned the death of SP Balasubramaniam on Twitter. Balasubramaniam, popularly known as ‘Gana Gandhrva’, has won many national awards including the Padma Bhushan. On this occasion, the President of India extended his condolences to the family and friends of the boy.

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu has expressed shock over the death of Gana Gandharva popular film singer SP Bala Subramaniam. He posted an emotional message on Twitter recalling his association with him. Naidu expressed deep regret over revealing what he had done enquired on his health during his days in the hospital. “It simply came to our notice then that we were happy to be recovering. Mentioning the acquaintance he has had since he was a child, he recalled his hard work.
